Travelplanners are expanding their dedicated concierge team, supporting a loyal base of repeat customers who return year after year based on exceptional service. This is a relationship led position where you become your clients’ go to expert for every trip they take.
About the opportunity:
You’ll provide a seamless, concierge style service from the very first enquiry through to post travel care. Your day will include:
- Reengaging lapsed clients with thoughtful, relationship focused outbound calls
- Delivering personalised consultations via phone and video, understanding each client’s preferences and recommending the perfect holiday
- Working with select tour operators to sell a mix of short haul, long-haul and luxury holidays, typically £3,000–£10,000
- Growing cruise sales, including tailor‑made cruise and stay itineraries
- Managing the full booking lifecycle: quotes, amendments, cancellations and aftercare
- Arranging extras such as insurance, airport parking and premium flight upgrades
- Ensuring flawless accuracy across all bookings and internal systems
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years’ recent travel agency experience selling worldwide leisure travel
- Confidence handling complex, higher value itineraries
- A consultative, relationship driven sales style
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous home working experience
- Experience with VIP or repeat client models is a bonus

What we are offering:
- £27,000 basic salary plus commission giving a £30,000 OTE
- Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30, with occasional additional hours for VIP clients
- Fully remote, with all equipment provided
- Excellent remote support and training 28 days of paid holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days for long service.
- 5 Me days per year
- An additional paid day off for your birthday.
