About the Role

MSS Security is seeking experienced Security Officers to join our Sydney Trains team. You’ll help protect critical rail infrastructure by detecting and preventing vandalism, trespassing, and other unlawful activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct covert surveillance & patrols across the Sydney Rail network

  • Deploy, Monitor CCTV, responding to live alerts & incidents with detailed reporting via app based tool.

  • Liaise with Sydney Trains SCC, MSS Management, and NSW Police

  • Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness

  • Follow all rail safety and confidentiality protocols

Requirements

  • NSW Class 1A Security Licence

  • RIW card or ability to obtain

  • Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills

  • Reliable, discreet, and able to work rotating shifts

  • Law enforcement or advanced security background Desirable

  • Experience in surveillance, transport, or infrastructure security Desirable
