Job description

We’re a social and content agency led by talent and fuelled by technology.

Since 2008, we’ve been building an integrated, digital-first offering that combines content excellence with channel best practice to drive meaningful performance for our clients. We work across international markets for ambitious brands delivering work that connects with audiences wherever they are.

As a values-driven agency, our people are our power. We stay ahead of the game by hiring smart thinkers and giving them what they put in – through strong progression, industry-leading benefits, and a culture that has been recognised in Campaign's Best Places to Work for over 8 years running.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Traffic Manager to help keep our creative studio (c. 45 people) running efficiently.

  • Do you enjoy solving scheduling puzzles and making sure the right people are working on the right projects?
  • Can you spot resource gaps before they become problems?
  • Do you love bringing structure to busy teams and keeping everyone informed?
  • Are you confident balancing changing priorities while keeping calm under pressure?
  • You'll be responsible for the day-to-day flow of work through the Studio, ensuring projects are correctly set up, briefs are ready to start, resource is optimised and our creative teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional work.

This role sits in the Creative Operations team and works closely with Producers, Client Services and Creative Leads. You'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are staffed effectively and delivered as smoothly as possible.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the day-to-day running of the Studio by:

  • Managing the day-to-day view of creative resource across the Studio – working with projects leads to ensure work is correctly booked
  • Daily monitoring of changes in workload and proactively reallocating resource when priorities shift or work drops out
  • Suggesting the right team for a new brief based on availability and skillset
  • Identifying upcoming capacity and ensuring available time is utilised effectively
  • Alerting teams to the following day's resource bookings and highlighting any gaps, clashes or potential issues
  • Checking briefs are complete, approved and ready before work begins
  • Following up with project owners where information is missing or timelines are unclear
  • Setting up projects within Kantata, our resource management system
  • Being the project manager on internal projects (for example internal marketing collateral for events) from briefing through to completion
  • Working closely with Producers, Client Services and Creative Leads to balance priorities across multiple accounts
  • Escalating resource risks, bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts early, proposing solutions where possible
  • Supporting continuous improvements to resource management processes and ways of working
  • Producing regular resource reports and highlighting utilisation trends where appropriate

We are a hybrid business which means we work a mixture from the London office and from home. As this role works closely with the wider Studio and client service functions, regular attendance in our London office (2–3 days per week) is expected.
