Job description

The Firm

Capula Investment Management is a leading global quantitative hedge fund managing over $30 billion in assets. We are headquartered in London and have offices in New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Geneva and Abu Dhabi. We manage absolute return, enhanced fixed income, macro and alpha strategies for a diversified group of investors worldwide. Capula invests in a broad universe of asset classes, including fixed income, equities, currencies and commodities, as well as derivatives related to these asset classes.

The Role

Capula’s Technology Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational scheme designed to give you real responsibility from day one and broad exposure across our Technology Development teams.

As a Graduate Analyst, you will help build and support the systems that power our global trading, risk management and operational platforms. You will work on real projects that have direct impact on the business, developing tools and applications that enable investment teams to operate at speed and scale.

During the programme, you will rotate across different teams, gaining hands-on experience across front-end and back-end technical environments. Our Technology team is a core part of our business, and our graduates get involved in high-impact work that underpins how we trade at Capula. You will work closely with experienced developers and technologists who will support your development as you grow into a well-rounded developer.

At the end of the programme, you will have the opportunity to join one of the teams on a permanent basis.
