We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader within the UK 

 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven individual to step into a Team Leader role within our Motor department. In this position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of work quality and ensuring service delivery targets are consistently met. 

 

As part of your duties, you’ll carry out internal audits, including telephony and file reviews. You’ll also analyse trends, identify training requirements, and work on developing new claims process improvements with client approval. 

 

Additionally, you’ll prepare management information reports to highlight key trends, pinpoint hot spots, and propose effective solutions. Your role will also involve active participation in client and customer management. 

 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on leadership, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
