Job description

We’re looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who’s passionate about developing and growing a team. You’d be leading a high-performing team of three to four recruiters and the plan is to grow the team in 2026. While Tech experience isn’t essential, we’re keen on someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re open to billing managers or operational leaders with experience managing key accounts

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 3-4 consultants, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance and tailored talent solutions across the EMEA Tech market.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet client needs and drive team success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee salary negotiations and manage the offer process for successful placements.
  • Drive new business development, building strong relationships with targeted clients across the UK and EU.
  • Maintain your own billing responsibilities, setting the standard for performance.

Requirements

About You:

  • Proven experience in Perm Recruitment.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a recruitment environment.
  • Financially motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
