You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment for all roles across multiple regions. Your network? Critical. Your drive to find the best? Non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing.
- Identify, engage, and convert world-class talent across Product, Tech, and Business teams.
- Build and maintain a high-value global talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers advice and search top talent
- Use data and technology to optimize hiring funnels, improve velocity, and boost quality of hire

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years in global talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth tech environments.
- Strong network in the global tech/startup ecosystem.
- Proven ability to recruit for high-impact roles across regions and disciplines.
- Hunter mindset—creative sourcing, strategic outreach, and relentless follow-through
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
