Steel Erector/Cladder Installer - 1 required

Aureol Global Connections is looking for a skilled Steel Erector/Cladder Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of steel structures and cladding systems for various projects, including commercial and industrial buildings. Your expertise in steel erection and cladding installation will be vital in ensuring that our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Assemble and erect steel frameworks, trusses, and other structures according to project specifications.
• Install cladding systems, roofing, and other exterior finishes on steel structures.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all installation activities.
• Inspect and verify the integrity of steel components and structures throughout the installation process.
• Collaborate with other trade professionals and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize hoisting and rigging equipment safely to lift and position steel components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training in steel erection or construction preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Steel Erector/Installer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, cladding systems, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with precision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work at heights safely.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
