Eusebi’s is a modern day classic Italian restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seven days a week. Eusebi’s serves their daily fresh hand-made pasta, small plates and dishes from Italy using the finest ingredients with an exciting menu that changes every season.

We are looking for a highly experienced, skilful and passionate Sous Chef to join our brigade in our busy restaurant. At Eusebi’s, Training & Development is a crucial part of our culture, and this year staff members will be offered training here in the UK with associated partnership restaurants and also visit Italy to be introduced to growers, vineyards and work with chefs of other Italian restaurants in order to improve and enhance knowledge and skills.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality establishment

• Consist of good attitude and demonstrate to work smartly and with high standards of hygiene
• Have the desire to develop your knowledge and broaden your culinary skills
• Be able to lead & teach a team where consistently great food is the focus
• Have previously worked in a quality, fast paced kitchen
