Job description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker Assistant Team Manager for its client’s Mental Health Team in Stockport.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Support the Team Manager in overseeing daily operations and service delivery
  • Supervise and mentor social workers and support staff
  • Coordinate complex mental health assessments and care planning
  • Lead safeguarding investigations and risk management processes
  • Liaise with health professionals, housing, and voluntary sector partners

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
