Job description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist to join its clients renowned charity in Milton Keynes, dedicated to supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a purpose-built environment, collaborating with a high-performing multidisciplinary team to deliver life-changing rehabilitation and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to individuals with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.
  • Lead on clinical decision-making and contribute to the development of personalised rehabilitation plans.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior therapists and support staff.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with a recognised qualification.
  • Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally in neurorehabilitation or complex care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
