As a Senior Scheduler, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, coordinating our care assistants to best support our clients.

Your Role:
As a Scheduler, you will:

• Match new clients with suitable care professionals based on their needs.
• Maintain consistent schedules for clients and care professionals.
• Facilitate introductions and shadowing for care assistants.
• Efficiently schedule Care Assistants while ensuring flexibility.
• Collaborate with other schedulers and care coordinators as needed.
• Forward plan and problem solve issues that may arise. 

About You:
You're our ideal candidate if:

• You're positive, passionate, and motivated.
• You thrive in team environments.
• You have 3 years experience as a scheduler.
• You're a driver with your own vehicle.
• You're prepared for an Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us) and can provide references.
