Senior Recruitment Consultant - Marketing

Overview

Grafton Recruitment is building out a brand-new Marketing Recruitment desk in our London office, and we’re looking for a driven Senior Consultant (2–5 years’ experience) or an established Manager to lead the way.

This is an exciting chance to grow something new while having the full backing of a global recruitment group.

Skills

What we’re looking for

• Experience in marketing recruitment (agency-side), ideally 2–5 years — or already operating at Manager level

• A strong track record of business development and client relationship management

• A recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ambition to grow and lead a team
