A Senior Quantity Surveyor is actively sought due to the reward of new sites for a Residential Developer based in Oxon. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working for a recognised and successful UK housebuilder that specialises in niche, private sector house builds in rural locations, typically between 10 and 70 units.
- Based out of head office with sites across Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and the Midlands.
- Looking to secure the services of a Quantity Surveyor with residential project experience.
- You will be working within an established commercial team and expected to manage your own projects and workload.
- Responsible for all ongoing commercial activities including pre and post contract
- Career development on offer.
