Job Description:

Are you passionate about building products that truly make an impact? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer needs, and business strategy.

In this role, you’ll become the go-to expert for your product area, shaping how it evolves, how it delivers value, and how it’s experienced by customers and internal teams alike. You’ll work at the heart of a collaborative, cross-functional environment—bringing together engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams to build something exceptional.

This is a hybrid position, with at least 2 days per week in our Cambridge office.

What you will do:

  • Own your product domain — build deep expertise in the technology, customers, and market, becoming the trusted authority internally and externally

  • Shape product direction — partner with engineering, UX, and design to prioritise the features that will deliver the most value

  • Bring teams together — align cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication of product updates

  • Drive compelling product stories — work closely with Product Marketing to bring features to life through launches, demos, and clear messaging

  • Be close to the customer — engage directly with users, internal teams, and industry experts to gather insights and validate product direction

  • Enable others to succeed — equip go-to-market and technical teams with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to champion the product

  • Continuously improve — turn feedback into action, driving meaningful enhancements that strengthen product impact over time

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within an Enterprise SaaS environment

  • A natural collaborator who is comfortable working across engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams

  • A confident communicator who can simplify complexity and engage both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Someone who enjoys owning their space and working autonomously while staying connected to wider teams

  • Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives

  • A strong customer mindset, with the ability to turn feedback and insights into clear, actionable decisions

Benefits:

  • 23 days’ holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service,

  • Additional day off for your birthday,

  • Private medical insurance which covers you, your cohabiting partner and children,

  • Life insurance of 4 times your base salary,

  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme,

  • Enhanced family leave,

  • Confidential Employee Assistance Program,

  • Cycle to work scheme.
