We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor close to Buntingford. With up to 29k basic and 55k OTE. An amazing opportunity to work with a 5* NHBC National House Builder.

We are looking for an enthusiastic New Homes sales advisor who has experience working with New Homes Sales in a similar job role with a competing brand.

Duties include:

• Meeting and greeting potential purchasers
• Demonstrating new homes
• Reporting on sales against targets
• Progressing Sales 
• Marketing 
• After Sales Care
• Upkeep of the Sales Suite
