Senior EHS Specialist

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

THE OPPORTUNITY

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior EHS Specialist to join our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team in Witney.

 

In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations safe and compliant. You’ll interpret business standards and UK regulations, ensure these are reflected in site policies and procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to aid implementation.

 

You’ll share your expertise in areas such as:

 

• Contractor management

• Incident response and investigation

• Compliance audits

• Managing specific EHS programmes tailored to site needs

 

ABOUT YOU:

 

You’ll be an ambitious and proactive EHS professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across the business .

 

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent

• A degree in Science or Engineering (beneficial but not essential)

• Broad EHS experience, in a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
