Job description

tmp helps B2B marketing leaders create coherence in a chaotic world. We’re looking for obsessively curious people to join us.

You'll join 300 B2B experts across strategy, data, creative, media, client services, Sales activation, and shared services. Different skills brought together in integrated teams, centred around our clients: the world’s most impactful tech companies.

So, if you’re interested in what makes the world work, if you find solving complex problems fun, and you love making the answers as simple as possible, then we’d love to hear from you.

What we are looking for

This role exists to optimise how enterprise systems, data, and processes support scalable growth. You’ll lead integration across Kantata, Intacct, and HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights. Acting as a bridge between Operations, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, you’ll drive system improvements, enable automation, and ensure platforms support operational efficiency and margin. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex systems into practical solutions.

What you will do

Strategic Systems Ownership

  • Define and deliver the multi-year business systems and data roadmap
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for ROI and readiness, including AI, Copilot, and data-warehouse tools
  • Represent Operations in cross-functional tech and data steering forums

Integration and Data Architecture

  • Oversee middleware and API connections and maintain master data standards
  • Partner with Finance and IT to ensure end-to-end data integrity from project to invoice
  • Establish data governance model, definitions, and audit routines

Process Engineering and Automation

  • Optimize key workflows for scalability and sponsor automation initiatives
  • Measure system-enabled efficiency gains and publish improvement metrics quarterly

Leadership and Vendor Management

  • Manage external implementation partners
  • Lead vendor negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews across core platforms
  • Coordinate system budgets and report ROI to Operations and Finance leadership

Change Enablement

  • Develop communication and training strategies for system changes
  • Foster a culture of data literacy and system confidence across the organization

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Strategic and technically savvy, able to translate complex systems and data into practical, scalable solutions
  • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, navigating complex or changing scenarios with confidence
  • Highly collaborative, building alignment across Operations, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Operationally sharp, designing efficient workflows, enforcing governance, and driving data integrity
  • Proactive and organized, anticipating issues and following through on commitments with consistency
  • Communicative and influential, able to train, guide, and inspire teams to adopt new systems and processes effectively

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise business-systems management within professional services or marketing environments
  • Expertise in integrating PSA, ERP, CRM, and BI platforms
  • Proven experience leading system implementations and managing vendor relationships
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
  • Experience developing or improving systems workflows, dashboards, or governance frameworks
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and geographies in a matrixed environment

Benefits

  • Generous holiday allowance (Plentiful PTO)
  • Shutdown between Christmas and New Year
  • Private healthcare and dental insurance
  • Group income protection
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme
  • Access to well-being coaching or counselling sessions once a week
  • Financial health support
  • Parental leave - 12 Weeks Full Pay for Primary Carers and an additional 50% pay for 12 more weeks.
  • Use our portal to access discounts and cashback at plenty of retailers. You can also sign up for our cycle-to-work scheme.
  • Sustainable Future Giving. We want to help create a positive impact on our planet by donating to plant trees, tacking our impact, and helping to reduce emissions.

A note on applying

Not sure you tick every box? Apply anyway. Research shows some people hold back unless they meet 100% of the requirements. We do not want that to be you.

At tmp, we hire for potential, mindset, and character as much as experience. If you are excited about the role but your background is not a perfect match, we would still love to hear from you. You might be exactly what we are looking for, either for this role or another.

We are committed to building a diverse team because diversity fuels creativity and better results for everyone. We encourage applications from all backgrounds. If you need any accommodations during the process, just let us know.
