We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Hunter to join our Advertiser & Agency team in the UK. This pivotal role is dedicated to driving new revenue growth by exceeding sales targets within untapped white space accounts. Your primary focus will be to spearhead the education and adoption of cutting-edge Nielsen solutions, forging robust, strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the largest independent agencies and top 500 advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep up to date with market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and innovation.

  • Forecast sales performance, track progress and provide regular updates to the EMEA leadership team.

  • A few years of demonstrable, success-driven experience as a 'Hunter' in new business development, preferably within the media, data, or analytics industry.

  • Non-negotiable: A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious new business revenue targets.

  • Established network of senior relationships within the media industry, including independent agencies and advertisers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.

  • Strong business acumen and proven experience of strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent presenting to and negotiating with partners of all levels and groups, including the ability to build trust with c-level clients.

  • Ability to navigate complex businesses and manage multiple projects with both short and long sales cycles.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international commercial environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
