Job description

Senior Business Change Managers

London

My Client requires two Business Change Managers to help them on their Transformation journey. We require candidates who have worked within Change roles exclusively rather than Project managers where change has been part of the role

You will need to engage various business divisions impacted by my Clients Change and Transformation Agenda.

You will be able to have the skills and confidence to work closely with the Business Stakeholders and help them to understand and adopt the Client's Target Operating Model (TOM).

Also, you will provide specialist (non-IT) skills in:

1. Impact assessments 2. Process modelling 3. Business readiness

You will work closely with Business Stakeholders in the initial discovery phase to help plan and deliver successful engagement within the various impacted Business Divisions, end users and Partner community.

You will be part of a small Change Management Team working with the SI who will be working to land the needed changes effectively and successfully.

ADKAR or Prosci certified Change Managers would be at a distinct advantage. We need people who are hands-on and can produce the material rather than manage others.

Either Previous Life Science or Government experience is a nice to have
