The Senior Analyst, Execution & Enablement plays a critical role in supporting the successful planning, governance and delivery of strategic initiatives across the portfolio. Working within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, you'll coordinate project and program activities, manage reporting and governance processes, track delivery progress, and provide analytical insights that support informed decision-making. You'll partner closely with Program Delivery Managers and a broad range of stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into actionable outcomes, and ensure key deliverables are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive and highly organised professional who enjoys balancing project coordination, portfolio oversight, business analysis and stakeholder engagement. You'll take ownership of assigned projects, workstreams and team processes, support the development of business cases and executive reporting, and identify opportunities to improve ways of working. Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a passion for driving outcomes through effective collaboration and execution.
You'll have:
- 5+ years' experience in program delivery, project management, business analysis or a related discipline.
- Experience working in large, cross-functional project teams within complex, matrixed organisations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions, with Power BI experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong project coordination, governance and stakeholder management skills.
- A process driven mindset, with the ability to drive change across complex processes and systems.
- Experience preparing business cases, executive presentations and program reporting.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with the ability to proactively identify issues, anticipate stakeholder needs and drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Experience using project delivery tools such as Jira, Clarity, Smartsheet or similar platforms.
