Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Lead to manage functional and integration testing activities within an SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This role will focus on ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP modules while supporting programme-level testing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional testing activities across SAP modules (Finance, P2P, O2C, etc.)
  • Define and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases aligned to business requirements
  • Manage SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to support UAT execution and validation
  • Coordinate testing across SAP and integrated systems
  • Manage defects, triage processes, and resolution tracking
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, and business process testing
  • Ensure alignment with overall programme testing strategy

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SAP testing (ECC or S/4HANA)
  • Functional expertise in one or more SAP modules (Finance, P2P, O2C preferred)
  • Experience leading testing teams within SAP programmes
  • Strong understanding of integration testing and business process validation
  • Experience working in complex, multi-system environments
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills

Technical Skills

  • SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
  • Functional expertise in SAP modules (Finance, P2P, O2C, etc.)
  • Test management tools (JIRA, qTest, ALM, Azure DevOps)
  • Defect management and reporting tools
  • Integration testing across SAP and third-party systems
  • Data validation and reconciliation techniques
  • Basic understanding of test automation tools (Tosca, Selenium preferred)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP testing
  • 3–5 years of experience leading SAP testing teams
  • Experience working on SAP implementation or migration programmes
  • Strong understanding of business process testing and validation
  • SAP functional certification (preferred)
  • ISTQB certification (preferred)
