The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Accountancy & Finance recruiter to take ownership of our Part-Qualified Permanent function in London. This is a warm desk with an established client base and strong candidate pipeline—offering an excellent opportunity to build and expand your business with autonomy and support.

Responsibilities

✔ Develop new business within the Commerce & Industry market while strengthening relationships with existing clients.✔ Book and attend client meetings to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.✔ Achieve sales and revenue targets in line with agreed goals.✔ Negotiate terms and fees to create long-term, profitable partnerships.✔ Become an expert in the Part-Qualified finance sector.✔ Build a strong talent network of high-calibre candidates.✔ Manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer management and post-placement care.✔ Support internal hiring, training, and mentoring as the team grows.
