The Package:
- Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000 per year
- Excellent Commission Structure

Duties:
- 360 Health & Social Care Recruitment desk.
- Creating Job briefs and posting across multiple job boards
- Selling the company to prospective clients whilst building relationships.
- Always provide an excellent service to both our clients and candidates.
- Visit clients
- Interview candidates
The Person:
- Ideally looking for someone with previous Recruitment experience in the Health & Social Care sectors.
- Elderly, Adult & Children & Young People's Residential Care
- Temporary & Permanent
- Entry Level to Senior Positions
- Confident, ambitious, positive and resilient.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
