The Package:
- Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000 per year
- Excellent Commission Structure
- Pension
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays & Birthday
Duties:
- 360 Freight & Logistics Recruitment desk, however happy to pass over some warm leads and live roles also.
- Posting and writing job adverts.
- Selling the company to prospective clients whilst building relationships.
- Always provide an excellent service to both our clients and candidates.
- Visit clients
- Interview candidates
The Person:
- Ideally looking for someone with previous Recruitment experience in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping and/or Supply Chain sectors.
- Confident, ambitious, positive and resilient.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
