We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Reading team. You will specialise in the accountancy and finance market. Our Reading office has been working in this arena for over 15 years. We have a strong reputation in the Thames Valley market. Legacy candidates and clients within some very interesting industries.

 

Working alongside some of the best in the industry there is training, support and career progression available. With the chance to work autonomously and build you own business and brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and build on relationships with our existing clients
• Book and attend client visits with new and existing clients in the Thames Valley area
• Meet sales and revenue targets as agreed with your line manager
• Negotiate terms and fees
• Service your candidates and clients with highest level of service, be their trusted adviser
• Qualify roles and gain full understanding of clients needs and their business
• Develop a strong network of exclusive talent in the Reading and surrounding area
• Pre-screen candidates and assist with interview preparation
• Manage every stage of the recruitment process including offer management and after care
