Responsibilities

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced role. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues across our network.
• Growing your own client base and expanding your candidate network.
• Sourcing top talent using various marketing and advertising strategies.
• Developing market expertise to become a specialist in your field.
• Driving business development through networking and promoting the Marks Sattin brand.
