  • Proactively support the implementation of recruitment strategies across the Home Instead network.
  • Take initiative to identify areas of continuous improvement through recruitment data and networking with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research, design and develop simple but effective resourcing tools and guides to enhance recruitment workflows and such as application management and initial candidate screening.
  • Provide day-to-day support to colleagues and the network for recruitment strategy, recruitment legislation, data and analytics and recruitment systems, such as SmartRecruiters ATS.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop advertising campaigns that support our brand messaging, and manage recruitment related company pages.
  • Produce month-end recruitment reports.
  • Provide positive influence across the business establishing strong relationship with Franchise Owners, Recruitment Managers and National Office colleagues.
  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced multi-site business, with experience of using a variety of online and social media based tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Some knowledge of UK Employment Law & HR Best Practice as it pertains to recruitment activity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Ability to work on multi-projects to tight deadlines, with a flexible, professional, and creative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK occasionally.
  • Highly driven and ambitious.
  • Test and learn approach to attracting talent.
