Quantity Surveyor - Construction– Freelance – East Kent

The Role

• A superb opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a Design & Build Construction Project.
• Working for the main contractor.
• Subcontractor procurement, subcontractor management, cost reporting, change management, final accounts.
• Run without assistance a £6 million project.
• Work for a good company that look after their staff.
• Be site based.

The Candidate

Key attributes of the candidate include:

·Experience working directly for Main Contractors.

·Experience working on Design and Build Projects

• Experience of Site Based Jobs
• A successful track record
• Subcontractor management.
• JCT experience
• Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Can adapt to different tasks quickly, efficiently and confidently
• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• Interpret information and instructions correctly and carry out tasks accordingly
• Experience on Commercial Projects with a main contractor preferred

The candidate must have recent UK experience as a Quantity Surveyor
