Providing end to end audit governance, calibration, assurance and clinical quality support across allocated contract/s, ensuring consistent alignment with clinical policy and contractual standards. A key interfacing role with Independent Audit (DWP) and internal clinical/operational stakeholders to review, accept/challenge and escalate audit outcomes, translating insights into targeted quality improvement. Training, developing and calibrating auditors, offering expert clinical advice to the business. Undertaking limited clinical work to maintain approval and credibility.
