Protection Consultant/ Advisor/ Broker

Due to expansion my client is looking for three Protection Consultants/ Advisors/ Brokers to join their professional team based in their brand new office in Bournemouth.

THE ROLE:

• Advising new and existing on life insurance, critical illness, income protection, health insurance, over 50's
• Access to whole of market
• All leads have been qualified and looking to purchase
• NO COLD CALLING
• Remain compliant at all times
• Achieve KPIs
• All administration is passed to the administration team
• Non call centre environment

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum of one years experience selling protection insurance
• CII or R05 qualifications or equivalent (ideal but NOT essential)
• Professional
• Great telephone manner
• Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly

THE PACKAGE:

• Basic salary of £23,000pa with a realistic OTE of £60,000, top earns are £80,000
• Structured commission package
• Free on-site parking
• Hours are Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 3pm with NO weekend or Bank Holiday working
• Brand new office
• Training provided to gain professional protection qualifications
