As a Senior Product Lead – Cards, you will own the end-to-end experience for our AstroCard product, defining and executing the roadmap to make it the most compelling and frictionless way for users to spend their money. Youʼll drive product innovation, user growth, and operational excellence while solving some of the most complex challenges in fintech.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the vision and strategy for cards: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AstroCard, ensuring it aligns with AstroPayʼs broader mission of financial interoperability.
- Own the full product lifecycle: From ideation to launch, continuous iteration, and scaling, you will oversee every aspect of the product development process.
- Drive adoption and engagement: Identify key user needs and behaviours to make AstroCard the preferred spending method for AstroPay users.
- Innovate on payments and rewards: Build features that enhance stickiness—think seamless checkout, reward mechanisms, smart spend insights, and cross-border advantages.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Growth to deliver world-class financial experiences.

What We're Looking For?
- Cards Expertise – Youʼve worked on cards and understand the different layers of card schemes (issuing, acquiring, processing).
- Understanding and experience navigating compliance and regulatory frameworks is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset: You can work with data-driven insights (SQL proficiency is a plus), ensuring that every decision is backed by measurable impact.
- Customer obsession: You deeply understand user needs and continuously improve their experience.
- Execution-oriented: You thrive in a fast-moving, startup-like environment and can drive initiatives forward with speed and focus.
- Cross-functional leadership: You excel at working with diverse teams across engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing to bring products to market.
