Infineum is a world-class lubricant and fuel additives company. This position offers the opportunity to join the Infineum Italia organisation as Process Engineer, in our Manufacturing Plant in Vado Ligure.

 

The new team member is ideally a Chemical Engineer/Industrial Chemistry with 2/4 years experience as Process Engineer, who is seeking new responsibilities and skills to join an enthusiastic, young, highly motivated and qualified team. In a short time s/he is expected to become fully independent in the role, which requires close collaboration with colleagues in Vado Ligure and abroad as well as the coordination with Contractors.

 

This job offers the opportunity to gain a deep knowledge of a complex chemical plant with outstanding HSSE standards and to become an active contributor of the process improvements, to implement the strategic objectives for the site and for the company; it provides challenging and realistic goals requiring good technical background, the capability to deal with a wide range of interfaces on technical, managerial, HSSE subjects; it is therefore an ideal opportunity for growth for a young Engineer, providing the basis for a wide spectrum of career opportunities within the Infineum local and global organisation.

 

 

 

 

Your daily life

 

  • Continuous improvement and optimization of process units;

  • Development of targets and objectives regarding: process capacity, maintenance reliability and production right first time;

  • Work closely with all Plant departments to set goals for units based on Company’s expectations and departments possibilities;

  • Contact and interface with Manufacturing Technology and Maintenance for troubleshooting and improvements;

  • Collaborate with Engineering department on investments and projects

  • Support and participate on global initiatives or projects as required.

  • Ensure full compliance with: applicable regulatory requirements; Operational Integrity Management System, Quality Management System and related procedures; business & financial control processes;
