Precast Flooring Sales Representative

The Company:

We are proud to be representing a UK Based Residential Flooring Division based in Hoveringham. This company have undergone a rapid expansion and are now looking for a Sales Representative/Estimator to spearhead the sales division.

The Position:

The ideal candidate will possess the ideal traits and qualities:

-Technical Background in T-Beams or other precast flooring

-Basic to intermediate construction knowledge

-Understanding of technical drawings

-Highly motivated and target driven

-Ability to adapt to the customer

-Background in precast flooring to the residential market

-Knowledge selling into the residential market

-Minimum of 2 years’ in the construction industry

The Role:

-Dealing with Housebuilders and Large groundworkers

-A persistent and determined individual who is highly motivated, and target driven.

-Ability to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.

-Must hold a current and valid Driving Licence

-1 day in the office, 4 days out.

Salary: £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 /year
