About the role:

MSS Security is looking for Security Officer primarily responsible for providing a security presence, while also providing excellent customer service to staff, visitors, contractors, etc. in the AGL Macquarie power station, Muswellbrook.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducting foot patrols ensuring people are safe and buildings are secure

• Escorting people around the site

• Ensuring property is locked and unlocked as required

• Directing and helping people to navigate around the site

• Writing reports in response to incidents

• Communicating calmly and clearly with key stakeholders

Skills and Experience

• Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate are essential

• NSW Security Licence 

• Customer centric approach

• Proven ability to remain alert while being focused on task

• Flexibility and adaptability
