As a Media Team Operations Specialist, you will:
- Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Work closely with agency teams of planners, buyers, and account teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. Seamless management of day-day operations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external media partners for smooth execution.Ensure accurate implementation of media schedules and placements
- Monitor campaign performance and flag optimisation opportunities. Assist in budget tracking, creative asset deliveries and pacing. Maintain up-to-date media data and documentation
- Analyse key metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.). Ensure diligent post-campaign analysis and learning documentation with external agency partners. Present insights to internal teams and stakeholders when required
- Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns to optimize spend and performance, draw insights, and communicate data-driven, actionable takeaways that support the marketing team’s goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, updates, and materials. Maintain strong working relationships internally with cross functional teams and externally with Agency/Media partners

Requirements

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields.
- At least 2+ years experience in media, marketing, or advertising. Agency experience is an advantage
- Strong project management skills, experience with campaign planning cycles, and managing large budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage successful campaigns, including planning, testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and varying phases of a campaign in a matrixed environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills. Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Flexibility and the ability to pivot in real-time with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills. Comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Be willing to roll up your sleeves, be resourceful and help the team build from the ground up.
