We're a national award winning industrial laundry based in Telford. With a team of 40+, looking for an strategic individual who has experience in manufacturing/production and the drive to help implement further structure and scalability for growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of day to day operations
  • Support and maintain overarching production efficiencies and productivity
  • Overarching budget, forecasting and financial responsibility
  • Train and motivate other team members and insure best practices are implemented
  • Liaise with stakeholders and provide excellent level of service at all times
  • Have experience in dealing with day to day HR responsibilities
  • Implement and develop LEAN within the organisation
  • Implement structure and corporate development

The right person will have the following skills and personality:

  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Eager to learn and personally develop
  • Degree in Business Management or similar with a certificate of 2.1 or above (alternatively experience will be considered)
  • Microsoft office proficient
  • IT Proficient
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of business financial management
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Qualification(s) in LEAN
  • Experience in a strategic production/manufacturing environment.

Occasional weekend work may be required.

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, manufacturing or something similar
  • 10 Years experience in LEAN manufacturing 
  • 10 Years in leadership
