Operational Due Diligence Specialist

The role is based either in London or Pfaeffikon/Switzerland

• LGT Capital Partners’ Operational Due Diligence (“ODD”) Team is part of the firm’s overall risk management function and plays an important factor in the selection of private markets and liquid alternatives fund managers and their funds.

• The ODD Team assesses areas such as the organization, service providers, cash management, accounting and valuation, investors’ reporting, compliance, risk management and IT of the fund managers. Therefore, the ODD task brings the opportunity to gain an in depth insight of the respective fund managers from a non-investment related angle and requires a close co-coperation with LGT Capital Partners’ investment teams.

• The Associate ODD will support the team in data management including related projects and conduct ODD on the fund managers of the targeted private markets and liquid alternative funds of LGT Capital Partner’s managed/advised investment programs.

• Considering some recent regulatory developments in the industry, the Associate ODD shall have a focus on compliance topics in general and AML/KYC aspects in particular.

• The size of the portfolio requires strong data management skills combined with the motivation for continuous improvement of the internal tools and procedures applied.
