Early Years Practitioner – Banana Moon Day Nursery

What You’ll Do

As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in shaping children’s early development. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Creating and delivering engaging, play‑based activities

• Supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational needs

• Observing, assessing, and documenting progress in line with the EYFS

• Helping to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child feels valued

Requirements

• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to ensuring the welfare and safety of children.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
