Aureol Global Connections is excited to announce that we are seeking six Mechanical Project Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed with precision and in alignment with budget and timelines. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, applying your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions that meet project requirements. Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical engineering projects, guiding them through all phases of development.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure that mechanical designs comply with all relevant codes and standards.
  • Coordinate with teams to solve technical challenges and provide support during project execution.
  • Prepare project documentation, including plans, specifications, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary to achieve project goals.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical project engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, project management principles, and relevant industry standards.
  • Proficient in engineering design software and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
