MECCA Kotara - Zone Manager

We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our MECCA Kotara store in NSW on a part-time basis at 31.5 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day

• Lead from the front by coaching, developing and inspiring your team to achieve their best 

• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture through clear communication and ongoing development

• Motivate your team to achieve KPIs while bringing MECCA's values to life

What success looks like in this role

• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating MECCA magic moments

• Confidence providing meaningful coaching and feedback to support team member growth

• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and creating an exceptional team culture

Requirement of the role:

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends
