Day-to-day responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Lead from the front by coaching, mentoring and developing your team to create a high-performing and engaged store environment

• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values 

What success looks like in this role

• Demonstrated success leading and developing large retail teams in a fast-paced environment

• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments. 

• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development   

• Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
