We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mathematics Tutor to join our team and deliver high-quality mathematics instruction to students across the United Kingdom. Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional mathematics tutoring that empowers students to improve their exam performance, develop strong problem-solving skills, and foster a lasting appreciation for mathematics. The tutor will be responsible for delivering curriculum-aligned lessons, tracking student progress, and creating a supportive learning environment that encourages academic growth and confidence.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction across KS2, GCSE, and A-Level curricula
  • Create and implement weekly curriculum-aligned lesson plans
  • Utilise online tutoring platforms such as Zoom and Google Classroom for virtual sessions
  • Assess student progress using tracking tools and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Focus on improving student exam scores by at least one grade level
  • Increase student problem-solving speed and accuracy through targeted practice
  • Maintain a 90%+ student retention rate by fostering engagement and motivation
  • Provide clear explanations and communicate complex concepts in an accessible manner
  • Adapt teaching styles to accommodate different learning preferences and abilities
  • Offer motivational support and encouragement to build student confidence
  • Gather and respond to feedback from students and parents to continuously improve instruction
  • Manage time effectively and maintain punctuality for all scheduled sessions
