Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company’s Direct to Consumer video entertainment service. The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g. televisions, mobile devices, PCs).
The Disney+ team is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics.
The Performance Marketing Manager, a pivotal leader within the Performance Marketing Team, plays a crucial role in driving Disney+ subscriber growth. Reporting to the Senior Acquisition Manager, they are responsible for overseeing and executing high-impact marketing strategies across different channels.
This individual develops, implements, and optimizes multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing subscriber acquisition. They leverage a mix of paid media and emerging platform features to enhance visibility, drive conversions, and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA) through innovative strategies and rigorous experimentation.
Beyond acquisition efforts, they also help drive the creative strategy and operations for performance marketing channels, engage target audiences, and drive measurable results. Their leadership extends to platform development, A/B testing, and performance analysis to continuously refine effectiveness.
Collaboration is key in this role, as the Acquisition Manager works cross-functionally with the Global Growth team, Analytics, Data Science, and broader Marketing teams to develop insights-driven campaigns.
Additionally, they manage and nurture relationships with key media agencies, technology partners, and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of media investments.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data, insights, and creativity to unlock new opportunities, scale acquisition efforts, and drive continuous improvement in marketing performance.
This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home.

What You Will Do
- Help lead the strategy and execution of Paid Social, while supporting Paid Display and Video channels
- Lead the operations for the performance marketing team across relevant channels (facilates assets, liasing with inhouse stakeholders, media planning, optimisations)
- Champion an experimentation mentality, delivering measurable improvements in business performance
- Monitor KPIs and report progress, gaps, opportunities to senior leadership
Required Qualifications & Skills
Must Have:
- Successful track record in managing digital / performance marketing channels
- Experience in developing and executing A/B testing
- Experience liaising with internal stakeholders and external media partners
Preferred Qualifications
- EMEA / multi-market experience
- Knowledge of the SVOD industry
- Understanding of advanced media measurement solutions
