As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will :
- Drive system reliability and performance through continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide advanced technical support and guidance to field maintenance teams on complex issues
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and optimisation opportunities
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Collaborate with customers to optimise system performance within their operations
- Define and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Support system deployment, commissioning and performance validation
- Act as a technical interface with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and drive improvements
- Contribute to best practices, technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Support critical incidents with structured diagnostics and escalation
Requirements
- Engineering degree, ideally with a specialization in IT, robotics, or industrial automation
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical customer support for applications, software, and/or hardware
- Strong comfort working in software‑oriented environments, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
- Broad foundational knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and automation
- High level of autonomy, strong rigor, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
