Apply to this jobDue to continued growth and expansion a manufacturer of precision components is currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer. Working on a three shift pattern (Monday to Friday) you will be tasked with preventative and reactive maintenance to improve manufacturing on the Shop floor.
Commutable from: Bromsgrove, Redditch, Birmingham, Stratford upon Avon, Henley In Arden, Solihull, Droitwich.
Salary: £ 32,500 - £ 38,600 p.a. + overtime + pension.

The Role
Working as a Maintenance Engineer on a three shift pattern (Monday to Friday) you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance for the production areas and additional support for the facility itself.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure machinery/equipment is in safe working condition
Identify spare part requirements
Update maintenance documents
Risk assessments
Fault finding/trend analysis
Rectification of production breakdowns
Continuous improvement of processes
The Person
The successful candidate will be qualified to HNC level or above in an engineering discipline and have experience working as a Maintenance Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical background and must have experience of providing maintenance support within a fast-paced engineering / manufacturing environment.
