As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide live-in care, primarily working independently, while respecting the client's privacy and adhering to their household rules.
  • Improve the client’s quality of life by offering companionship and participating in enjoyable, meaningful activities - offer companionship, assist with daily routines, manage appointments, and support social events and outings.
  • Record daily activities and report any changes or concerns regarding the client's well-being or living environment.
  • Seek help when necessary to ensure the client’s safety and overall health.
  • Maintain consistent communication with your supervisor and office team.
  • Personal Care Services - Help with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and provide support for dementia or respite care.

As a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support.
