About the Role

  • Full Time, Permanent Position (Open to Part Time)

Acknowledge Education is seeking passionate Social Workers, Psychologists, Counsellors and Case Managers to work as Placement Liaison Officers for our Community Service Programs. Join our Academic team and support students throughout their Placement programs. This role involves using your industry experience and expertise to assist our students through their placements, assuring they are able to meet expectations and thrive through these experiences.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with stakeholders to secure student placements.
  • Act as the primary contact for fieldwork placements, coordinating student support and evaluating activities.
  • Organize student information sessions, orientation presentations, and ensure liaison services meet compliance standards.
  • Manage placement records, assess student performance, and identify and address any placement issues promptly.
  • Comply with organizational policies and contribute to team meetings and professional development initiatives.

About You

  • Hold a hold a post-graduate qualification in Community Development, Youth Work, Support Work, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or other related fields in Human Welfare. 
  • Three or more years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
