Job Title:Lead Project Administrator

Location:Preston – remote working initially

Salary:£21,000

Are you an experienced Project Administrator with meticulous attention to detail? Are you looking for a new challenging within a rewarding industry?

LHR are proud to be exclusively partnered with a high growth, entrepreneurial coaching business that work with both start ups and FTSE 100 companies, with branch offices in Lancashire, Yorkshire & Manchester. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Lead Project Administrator, working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. This role will initially be remote working with a view to being in the office as time progresses.

The successful Project Administrator will be working on one of the bespoke business-based Growth Support Funded programmes, in a varied & busy role.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:

·Lead on all project paperwork from initial enquiry through to claim, including referrals, CRM checking, paperwork signatures and quality checks

·Supervise the maintenance of job files, paperwork, correspondence, and office filing systems, both paper and electronic

·Track client project documentation

·Tracking client enquiries and carrying out due diligence on eligibility and suitability

·Event organisation and attendance as required

·Supervise the preparation of workshop materials including branding

·Preparation of funding claims paperwork and associated evidence, supporting the Business Manager to submit the claim to deadline

The Successful Project Administrator:

·Proven experience within an externally funded project administration role

·Knowledge of European funding programmes

·Highly organised with experience of organising webinars and events

·Excellent administration, organisation and time management skills

·Attention to detail and accuracy

·Strong communication skills both verbal and written

·PC literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Office packages and CRM systems
