IT Systems Administrator

The Main Purpose of the Role:

• Ensure that all IT systems are available & functional in order to meet the needs of the business 
• Support and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers (Hyper-V), network devices, storage & telecommunications systems
• Implement new IT projects
• Ensure procedures & documentation is keep up to date
• Provide support to other team members & end users

Reporting to:

IT Infrastructure Manager

Requirements:-

• At least 2 years commercial experience in relevant role
• Microsoft Windows Server & Desktop experience
• Microsoft Exchange environment 
• Active Directory & GPO
• Network administration - TCP/IP, DHCP, wireless, DNS
• Desktop & application support
• Dell hardware
• Network hardware - including management of switches, routers & firewalls

Desirable skills/experience:-

• Microsoft Certifications such as MCSE or MCSA
• CISCO CCNA
• SAN Storage technologies
• Network monitoring system
• Panasonic PBX
